Orders and Shipping

All orders can be changed until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be changed.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

It takes 10-15 days for shipping to the US and 15-30 days to other countries.

How do I track the status of my order?

All tracking numbers are sent directly to your Email. We recommend to use 17track.net to tracking updates for your orders.

Will my items come in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

What if I ask for refund or return the products?

We accept refund or return under any of the conditions below:

The product is lost and the delivery status on 17track is not “Delivered“;
The product is broken or damaged before we send it out;
The tracking number of the product is invalid to check the delivery status;

We don’t resend or refund when:

The parcel is not delivered due to the wrong address or phone number given in the orders;
The parcel is not delivered due to the local post office fails to contact the recipient.

I received the Wrong size or color?

First, Send us photos/videos of the wrong size/color product. and you can decide if you would like a replacement sent. Please contact us and we can assist you with sending a replacement order.

My order arrived Damaged or Broken?

First, Send us photos/videos of the damaged product. and you can decide if you would like a replacement sent.

Where should I mail my authorized return?

You can submit refund requests by sending a message on Contact Us page. If the items need to be returned, We will send the return address to you.

Can I change or cancel an order after I've submitted it?
